Here at Valley Service Dogs, we assist individuals in their fundraising endeavors through this website and through other fundraising efforts. While we will assist you in this effort, and will fundraise on your behalf, it has been our experience that you have the greatest access to those who will be willing to give towards you and your service dog (friends, family, co-workers, local community organizations etc.) and we will direct you on how best to access these opportunities. We will give you advice on how to fundraise for a service dog and be with you every step of the way, so you will never be on your own in this effort. If you would like to read our recipient's stories, they are listed in the tabs or click on their photo. If you would like to donate for their cause, please click on their photo or on the donate button.
*Make sure in the memo line of your donation that you specify the recipient that your donation will be benefiting,
We have recipients fundraising for a variety of assistance dog. Seizure dogs that are assisting with mobility, Psychiatric service dogs that will also be assisting with seizure response and alert. If you have any questions or would like Valley Service Dogs IRS letter of acceptance give us a call so we can assist you.
Thank you so much for all your help!
There are families that choose not to fund-raise and are able to supply the donation directly to their account. Before we have the client sign the contract we would inform them of the soonest availability of a service dog. In many cases we have a service dog that is not appointed to a recipient, in this case, they start handler training as soon as the dog is trained for the specialized tasks that are needed. Depending on the tasks that are needed the service dog can be ready to start handler training as soon as 1 month! Contact Us for further information.
